Jocelyn Donlon of Fort Ann, N.Y., came to Southern Vermont College with a particular interest in mind. For as long as she and her family can remember, she has wanted to be a lawyer. Jocelyn is one of the first students who plans to participate in SVC's 3-plus-3 articulation agreement with New York Law School in New York City.

A History and Politics major, Jocelyn is minoring in Business so she can have the needed skills to open her own law firm, once she finishes her degree at New York Law School. Jocelyn is a member of the College's dance team and cooking club and is also one of only six students who will be traveling to China in Fall 2010, as part of the Build the Sustainable Enterprise Program. Jocelyn is excited for that "once in a lifetime opportunity."
