NetLibrary

POLICY FOR REMOTE USERS:

NetLibrary is a subscription service paid for by Southern Vermont College and provided to the college community for research purposes through the SVC Library Web Page on the academic computer network. Accessing netLibrary from your home computer is a privilege not a right. Users of this service acknowledge that such access requires responsible behavior on the part of the members of the college community. With netLibrary you need to create your own individual user name and password. This MUST be done at the library. After a user name and password is obtained, remote access is possible. Reading this notice and using your password and user name is considered acceptance of this policy, and the acknowledgement of your responsibility to keep the user name and password for your personal use only as a student, faculty or staff member of SVC.

Accessing netLibrary signifies acceptance of the above policy.

IMPORTANT

With netLibrary you need to create your own individual user name and password. This MUST be done at the library. After a user name and password is obtained, remote access is possible.

Circulation Information:

n  PUBLIC COLLECTION - public domain material; not copyrighted; may be      
    checked out.
n  LIBRARY COLLECTION - My e-books; purchased by SVC; may be checked out.
n  E-books may be checked out for FOUR HOURS only.
n  Due to copyright laws, only a portion of the e-book may be printed.
