Provost and History & Politics Professor Attend CIC NetVUe in Indianapolis

Provost DeCiccio and Dr. Redden will be attending the Council of Independent College (CIC) Network for Vocation in Undergraduate Education (NetVUE) Annual Conference, entitled "Enriching the Theological Exploration of Vocation," March 14-16 in Indianapolis, Indiana. With input from members of the Greater Bennington Interfaith Council who help teach the College's Comparative Religion course (this semester with Professor Tracey Forest), Provost DeCiccio and Dr. Redden we will be presenting at the Friday luncheon session. They will speak to how the course is aligned with President Obama’s vision for America’s undergraduates. As the President desires, SVC's students will learn skills enabling them to live more thoughtfully and contribute more successfully, given our religious pluralism and diverse local communities.
